On March 1, 2008, the book „NATO’s Secret Armies“ was published in German under the title „NATO Geheimarmeen in Europa“. The book is also available in English and seven other languages. It describes how secret armies were set up across Western Europe during the Cold War by NATO and the CIA and how in some countries these secret soldiers were linked to terror, torture and coup d’etats.
Energy is of the greatest importance for today’s societies. In this book, which was published in German in autumn 2009, different experts who teach and research at Swiss Universities, present the challenges ahead. The chapter of Daniele Ganser focuses on Peak Oil and global resource wars.
